Welcome to the

Kilmarnock Barebow Archery Club

Kilmarnock Barebow Archery Club is THE club to come to where you can learn archery in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

We are a highly inclusive club and invite and encourage all almost ages, skill levels and disabilities to enable them to learn and practice the sport in a safe, yet friendly environment.

As archery involves sharp projectiles, the safety of all members is of paramount importance so our safety procedures are thorough and stringent.

With this in mind, inexperienced people under 16 must have an active parent, guardian or carer present beside them at all times, in order to provide a effective communication link between the coaches and the young person.

Although we specialise in Barebow, we also welcome longbow archers (our Treasurer shoots with a longbow) and Recurve Bows as well.

Our members are able to complete badges within the club.  We are also active in competitions through the Scottish Archery Association, and Archery GB.

We also host competitions in the Summer months.
